MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consolidate and prepare purchasing requests for stationery, office supplies, promotion materials, and other decorations.
  • Record inventory items of stick code, transfer list and handle for asset movement.
  • Manage stock in and stock out for office supplies, stationery, forms and promotion materials.
  • Conduct physical count of inventory at relevant interval and propose to disposal if required.
  • Perform repairing and maintenance for all inventories.
  • Consolidate equipment requests from branches.
  • Perform full functions of general administration.
  • Support on office management and decoration.
  • Assist office security and sanitation.
  • Manage cleaners and electricians.
  • Prepare the training, meeting rooms, snack and workshops.
  • Manage regional administration officers related to security and sanitation and fixed assets and inventory.
  • Book air tickets and hotel for visitors.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by managers.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATION
  • Graduated BA in management, accounting, finance and banking or other related fields.
  • At least one year experience in the field of administration, purchasing, logistic
  • Good English both speaking and writing is an asset.
  • Knowledge in Computer (Word & Excel) and electric repair.
  • High motivation and ability to perform tasks without close supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
  • Willingness to travel to outside offices and provinces.
