Overall Objective: Ethnic minorities, indigenous and vulnerable communities are empowered to address their own development and improving their quality of life through sustainable management of natural resources, improved livelihoods, and health education.

Specific Objectives:

Objective #1: 6.525 target beneficiaries empowered in nine villages claim and protect their rights to managing forests and access to land and have a stronger sense of preserving their identities and traditions as indigenous cultures.

Objective #2: 3,211 target beneficiaries in nine villages improved food security levels through enhancing indigenous agricultural knowledge and practices and diversified off-farm activities.

Objective #3: 6,048 target beneficiaries in nine villages improved health status through community-based education and practices.
