Annual General Assembly, Chhaeb District, Preah Vihear Province

On February 21, 2025, the DPA project team in Preah Vihear province, in collaboration with the Provincial Department of Agriculture, organized the Annual General Assembly of the Rumduol Mlou Prey Cooperative, in Mlou Prey village, Mlou Prey Mouy commune, Chhaeb district, Preah Vihear Province. A total of 96 members participated, including 56 women.

The objectives of this Annual General Assembly were:

1. Presentation of the 2024 Annual Results

2. Presentation of the 2024 Balance Sheet

3. Presentation of the 2024 Profit-Sharing Report

4. Approval of the 2025 Business Operations Plan

The assembly was presided over by:

• Mr. Ping Trida, Head of the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (PDAFF) Preah in Vihear Province;

• Mr. Kheng Sovann Rattana, Deputy Head of the Agricultural Cooperative Office

• Mr. Eung Seng, Provincial Project Manager, DPA Preah Vihear

• Ms. Thol Sokhit, Representative from World Vision Cambodia

• Mr. Sok Sophorn, Representative from Buddhism for Development

• The Village Chief of Kdul Mlou Prey
