Over the past 10 days, our dedicated enumerators from CEPA and DPA, guided by an independent consultant, have completed data collection for the baseline study in Ratanakiri and Stung Treng provinces!
Among nearly 23,000 households across 88 target villages, 379 households were carefully selected whilst ensuring inclusiveness, especially for Indigenous Peoples (IP) households, Female-Headed households (FHH), Persons Living with Disabilities (PLWD), IDPoor households, and LGBTQIA+ community members.
In addition to household surveys, the team gathered valuable qualitative data through interviewing Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Key Information Interviews (KIIs) such as Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery; Forest Admin; Provincial Department of Environment; Primary schools, etc. across 11 target districts in the two provinces.
This study provides the critical baseline data needed to measure the impact of the ICRC project in these communities, helping us track progress and drive meaningful change in the next 5 years.
