Last week, DPA successfully held its 20th Annual Staff Assembly and Reflection Week (10–13 June 2025) in Siem Reap! 
It was an energizing week filled with team achievements, future planning, and meaningful exchanges. Teams from across our programs, including ICD and PAP, shared their accomplishments and strategic directions moving forward. We were honored to have our Executive Director, Mr. Mam Sambath, and the Management Committee lead insightful discussions on key policies, including:

We also welcomed guest speakers for presentations on the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and Gender Equality, Disability & Social Inclusion (GEDSI), reinforcing our commitment to inclusive development.
