On 26 Oct 2026, the SABRE project of Development and Partnership in Action (DPA), in collaboration with Cord, organized a dissemination workshop on “Piloting the Responsible Business Practice (RBP) Model” in Ratanakiri Province. The workshop was attended by a total of 19 participants (5 women), representing local authorities, local NGO partners, EISEI network members, and community representatives from Ratanakiri and Mondulkiri provinces.

Objectives of the workshop:

✅ To introduce the importance of the Responsible Business Practice (RBP) Model and explain its four key components, including: stakeholder identification, consultation and communication, Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC), and feedback & grievance mechanisms.

✅ To collaboratively establish a joint action plan to monitor company practices, document good practices, and address challenges during the pilot implementation phase.

As a result: Participants gained a shared understanding of the Responsible Business Practice Model and its four key components, actively exchanged practical feedback, strengthened mutual accountability, and developed an action plan to evaluate the pilot implementation by companies.
