DEVELOPMENT AND PARTNERSHIP IN ACTION (DPA)
Job Opportunity
Development and Partnership in Action (DPA) is a Cambodian non-government organisation that has been implementing development programmes on Natural Resource Management, Climate Change and Food Security and Financial Sustainability in Cambodia for over 30 years. DPA currently has two main programmes: Partnership and Advocacy Programme and Integrated Community Development Programme. DPA is now looking for qualified Cambodians to fill up the following positions: 1. Provincial Project Manager base in Kompong Thom Province 2. Provincial Project Manager base in Siem Reap Province and 3. Community Development Facilitator base in Phreah Vihear Province for Integrated Community Development (ICD) Programme.
1. Provincial Project Manager: This position is based within DPA’s Integrated Community Development Programme based in Kompong Thom Province.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the programme and its activities through the provision of overall guidance to the team on planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the programme activities.
– Support, manage and motivate the team of Integrated Community Development Project in Kompong Thom Province to achieve the project overall and specific objectives.
– Conduct sufficient monitor visits to the project and provide effective inputs/feedbacks to the team for improvement and ensure milestones and targets set in the Logframe are achieved.
– With assistance from the management, ensure adherence to donor compliance and requirements on due diligence and governance including safeguarding.
– With the programme staff, prepare the annual operational plan and budget, and write progress reports
– Coordinate human resources for staff capacity development.
– Establish and maintain external collaboration and coordination with other NGOs, concerned government departments and private sector.
Qualifications Required:
– University degree in agriculture or agribusiness or climate change and disaster management or other related fields
– At least five years of experience working with NGOs, preferably in the field of integrated community development
– Knowledge and experience on People-Led Development Process (PLDP) and Rights-Based Approaches (RBA) are critically required
– Knowledge and experience in agriculture’s value chain and marketing are advantage
– Knowledge and experience working with indigenous people, poor and marginalised people
– Strong leadership and management of programme, finance, administration, staff development and management and networking
– Very good in written and spoken English
– Sound computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, e-mail and Internet

3.មន្ត្រីសម្របសម្រួលអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍ (Community Development Facilitators) ជ្រើសរើសចំនួន០១នាក់ សម្រាប់គម្រោងកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍ចម្រុះខេត្តព្រះវិហារ
ការទទួលខុសត្រូវ៖
– សម្របសម្រួលសកម្មភាពអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍ក្នុងតំបន់គោលដៅក្នុងការរៀបចំការងារកសិកម្ម មុខរបរខ្នាតតូច ខ្សែសង្វាក់ ផលិតកម្ម និងទីផ្សារសំរាប់មុខរបរខ្នាតតូច គ្រប់គ្រងធនធានធម្មជាតិ អនាម័យទឹកស្អាត និងកាត់ បន្ថយគ្រោះមហន្តរាយ ។
– ផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រ និងសម្របសម្រួលសហគមន៍ក្នុងការរៀបចំផែនការ អនុវត្ត និងត្រួតពិនិត្យផែនការគម្រោង សកម្មភាព(ធាតុចូលនិងលទ្ធផល។
– ធ្វើជាតំណាងអង្គការឌីភីអេ ដើម្បីចូលរួមក្នុងអង្គប្រជុំផ្សេងៗ ដែលរៀបចំដោយរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋា ភិបាលនៅ កំរិតថ្នាក់ស្រុក និងខេត្ត។
– សម្របសម្រួល និងផ្តល់ការកសាងសមត្ថភាពដល់កសិករ និងដឹកនាំសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម។
– សរសេររបាយការណ៍ប្រចាំខែ និងប្រមូលទិន្នន័យអំពីគម្រោង សម្រាប់សរសេររបាយការណ៍ត្រីមាស ឆមាស និង ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ។
សមត្ថភាពជំនាញៈ
– មានកំរិតយល់ដឹងនឹងបទពិសោធន៍លើ ផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសកសិកម្មបន្សាំទៅនឹងការបម្រែបម្រួលអាកាសធាតុ រឺធនធាន ធម្មជាតិ រឺ សេដ្ឋកិច្ច រឺអនាម័យទឹកស្អាត។
– មានចំណេះដឹងនិង បទពិសោធន៍ធ្វើការជាមួយជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច និងសម្របសម្រួលការប្រជុំ វគ្គបណ្ទុះបណ្តាល និងសិក្ខាសាលាជាមួយសហគមន៏ (បើមានលំនៅដ្ឋានក្នុងខេត្តខាងលើកាន់តែប្រសើរ)។
– មានបទពិសោធន៍អនុវត្តផែនការប្រចាំខែនិមួយៗ ដោយទាញចេញពីផែនការសកម្មភាពប្រចាំឆ្នាំ។
