As part of the “Improved Climate Resilience in Cambodia (ICRC)” project organizational development activities, DPA conducted a Training on Conflict and Resolution on 23–24 December 2025. This training was held at the DPA Stung Treng Office and brought together ICRC team members from both Stung Treng and Ratanakiri with a total of 20 members with 9 female members.
The purpose of this training was to equip staff with a better understanding of conflict resolution concepts, conflict analysis, and alternative solutions, enabling them to strengthen their skills and effectively pass on this knowledge to project target beneficiaries.
