In response to the Contract Farming (CF) agreement for the purchase and sale of organic rice between five Agricultural Cooperatives (ACs) in Mondulkiri Province and the Cambodian Agricultural Cooperative Corporation (CACC), the company commenced implementing production techniques according to EU/NOP organic standards on November 9-10, 2023. Supported by the Development and Partnership in Action (DPA) initiative in Mondulkiri, CACC started collecting organic rice from the five ACs in Koah Nheaek district. In just two days, a total of 113 tons of dry rice has been gathered. The DPA team continues to collect rice from these ACs.
