In response to the Contract Farming (CF) agreement to buy and sell organic rice between five Agricultural Cooperatives (AC) in Mondulkiri Province and the Cambodian Agricultural Cooperative Corporation (CACC), the company began implementing production techniques according to the organic standards of the EU/NOP starting November 10, 2024. Under the intervention of the Development and Partnership in Action (DPA) in MDK, CACC began collecting organic rice from the five agricultural cooperatives in Koah Nheaek district, Mondulkiri province. As of December 16, 2024, a total of 858 tons of dry rice has been collected. The DPA team is continuing to collect rice from those five ACs.
