On April 29, 2025, in Siem Bouk District Hall, Stung Treng Province, the ICRC project team at DPA Stung Treng organized a capacity-building meeting for the District Committee for Disaster Management (DCDM). The session focused on roles, responsibilities, and disaster risk management. A total of 22 DCDM members participated in this important meeting, including 7 women, marking a step forward in strengthening disaster preparedness at the district level.
