Selected AG members trained and supported to become mentors to other farmers
On 10-05-2023 ICDP DPA RTK Province Selected AG members trained and supported to become mentors to other farmers at Dey-Lo village Chey Odom commune Lumpat District Ratanakiri to 25 participants (F: 12) attended. Team will cooperate with target poor villagers in all 3 villages to train and coach them to become agricultural mentors. Team will invite model farmers to provide real practices and advices to new selected agricultural mentors the good way to convince farmer for their adapting. In fact, team will encourage new mentors to apply first then invite other people to visit and learn later on. Team will encourage new mentor to share experiences with model farmer and regularly visit home garden of new mentor and explain them the correct way for applying techniques. Supported by Caritas and New Zealand.
