On December 17-18, 2024, the Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP) team of the Integrated Community Development Program of Development and Partnership in Action (DPA) organized and facilitated a training course on the use of the Gender Action Learning System (GALS) Tool for a total of 25 participants (18 women). The participants included agricultural cooperative leaders, community gender focal persons, and commune children and women’s affairs from three agricultural cooperatives (AC) in two communes. The main objective of the Gender Action Learning System (GALS) tool training is to empower communities, particularly AC leaders, to analyze gender dynamics and develop strategies to promote gender equality.
