On 10 June 2025, DPA Cambodia proudly hosted its 20th Annual Staff Assembly at the Dara Reang Sey Angkor Hotel in Siem Reap Province, marking two decades of collective achievements, learning, and collaboration. This significant milestone event brought together 67 dedicated staff members (including 39 women) from across all program offices, including those working in six provincial locations.
The assembly served as a valuable platform for staff to connect, reflect, and exchange experiences from various ongoing projects, promoting cross-learning and strengthening organizational cohesion. A highlight of the event was the presence of key members of DPA’s Board of Directors, who joined the celebration and shared their reflections and encouragement. Attending board members included Mrs. Keo Keang, Chairperson; Mr. Sak Chhoeun, Treasurer; and Mrs. Khorn Dinvary, Board Member. Their participation underscored the board’s continued commitment to supporting DPA’s mission and appreciating the efforts of its staff across Cambodia.
This annual gathering not only celebrated DPA’s journey and achievements over the past year but also reaffirmed our shared vision for sustainable development and continued community empowerment.
