On the 5th of  August to 8th of August in 2019, Development and Partnership in Action (DPA) conducted its 2019 annual staff reflection at Sangkahak Mith kouy hotel in Kep and annual staff assembly on 9th at Sen Han Hotel in Phnom Penh.
