[Siem Reap Province] Over a four-day period, from April 20 to 23, 2026, DPA organized three major events together: the Annual Staff Reflection Meeting, a workshop on the Development of DPA’s Strategic Plan, and the 2026 Annual Staff Assembly and DPA Board of Directors Meeting.

These activities were organized with several key objectives:
☘️ To introduce new policies and refresh staff understanding of important policies such as the Safeguarding Policy.
☘️ To conduct sharing sessions on topics requested by DPA staff in order to strengthen capacities and provide mutual benefits.
☘️ To build relationships among all staff through discussions, sharing experiences, and exchanging knowledge.
☘️ To summarize and present the annual achievements of all projects, including available budgets and expenditures.

In particular, on this occasion, we also organized a workshop on the development of DPA’s five-year Strategic Plan covering the period from 2027 to 2031. Therefore, this was also an excellent opportunity to gather important input and participation from staff at all levels of DPA in shaping the organization’s direction for the next five years, in pursuit of its mission of community development as well as supporting and promoting development in Cambodia.
