On the afternoon of February 24, 2025, a joint training session was held at the DPA Ratanakiri office to prepare 8 ICRC staff members as enumerators for the upcoming baseline study. The participants included 4 ICRC staff from CEPA Stung Treng and Ratanakiri and 4 ICRC staff from DPA Stung Treng and Ratanakiri. The training was led by an independent consultant, Mrs. Bernie O’Neill. Following the session, the baseline study team conducted a pre-test study using the KOBO survey tool in Sam Kha village, Chey Otdom commune, Lumphat district, on the morning of February 25, 2025.
