Ratanakiri Province] A workshop on DPA’s Strategic Plan for 2027–2031 was held on 22 May 2026 at Phum Khmer Resort Hotel, Phum Buon, Sangkat Kachanh, Krong Ban Lung, Ratanakiri Province.
A total of 48 participants attended, including 24 women, who actively engaged throughout the workshop.The workshop brought together DPA’s Management Committee and all staff, facilitated by an independent consultant. The discussions encouraged participants to share their views, experiences, and aspirations, focusing on intermediate outcomes and strategic actions for DPA’s organizational development over the next 5 years. The discussions also centered on coordination and adaptability to ensure that DPA can effectively respond to emerging challenges and new opportunities in the years ahead.
