From 8th-17th August 2023, the EMPOWER project team of Development and Partnership in Action (DPA) studied the simple proposal for Hardship and Equipment Funds with 130 EMPOWER project beneficiaries (F:102, M:28) from 25 communities including Community Managed Environmental Group, Community Protected Area, Communal Land Titling, and Community Fisheries in Kratie, Stung Treng, Mondulkiri, and Ratanakiri provinces. The purpose of the Hardship and Equipment Funds simple proposal study was to study the specific need of each community and taught them how to write a simple proposal for the Hardship and Equipment Funds screening committee for review and approval.
