On 18 August 2026, the SABRE Project of Development and Partnership in Action (DPA) organized a dissemination workshop on “Piloting the Responsible Business Practices Model” for local communities in Ratanakiri Province. The workshop was attended by a total of 12 participants (6 women), representing communities from Ratanakiri and Mondulkiri provinces.
• To present the importance of the Responsible Business Practices Model
• To explain the four key components: stakeholder identification, consultation, Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC), and the feedback and resolving grievances mechanism
• To help communities better understand their own role in each process
• To discuss next steps for participating in monitoring the company’s actual practices within their community
