As Chairman of CRRT, Mr. Mam Sambath traveled to Washington D.C. from September 21st to the 24th to take part in OXFAM America’s International Conference on Extractive Industries Contracts.

In addition to attending the one day conference with representatives from the private sector, government, and civil society from over twenty countries, Mr. Sambath also particpated in an all day NGO strategy session to share experience with other civil society actors on the opportunities and challenges of securing transparency in extractive industy contracts in each of the countries represented.
