On 20 June 2026, CEPA and DPA, under the ICRC project, proudly co-hosted a Sub-National Workshop on Gender Mainstreaming and Social Inclusion in the Environment and Climate Change Sectors at Reksmey Pich Hotel, Stung Treng Province. This meaningful event brought together 92 diverse participants from across Stung Treng and Ratanakiri provinces, including 41 women, 1 LGBTQI+ individual, 24 youth, 1 female led household, 23 indigenous people, 3 people with disability and representatives from women producer group, community forestry and relevant officials from MoWA, PDAFF, PDoE, PDWRAM and more. We were honored by the presence of:
• H.E. Sivann Butum, Secretary of State, MoWA and Chair of the Gender and Climate Change Committee
• H.E. Keo Savoeun, Deputy Governor of Stung Treng province
Together, we reaffirm our commitment to inclusive climate resilience, where no one is left behind. By
amplifying voices from all walks of life, we strengthen our collective ability to adapt, respond, and thrive in the face of climate change.
