Celebrating the 31st and 21st International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples in Cambodia under the theme “Protecting the Rights and Orienting the Future of Indigenous Peoples in the Context of the Digital Transformation”.
On Sunday morning, the 7th day of the month of Phatthrop, in the year of the Buddhist calendar 2569, corresponding to September 14, 2025, in Katot village, Kampun commune, Sesan district, Stung Treng province, DPA, in collaboration with Sesan district administration and CEPA, organized a program to celebrate the 31st and 21st International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples in Cambodia under the theme “Protecting the Rights and Orienting the Future of Indigenous Peoples in the Context of the Digital Transformation”. The ceremony was chaired by His Excellency Sar Soputra, Governor of Stung Treng Provincial Administration, who presided over the event. The ceremony was attended by leaders of the Department of Rural Development, representatives of relevant departments and institutions, His Excellency the District Governor, representatives of organizations, development partners, local authorities at all levels, teachers, youth, students, and all indigenous people, totaling more than 200 participants.
