From 12th to 13th May 2023, under support from Cord, DPA-EMPOWER project Team conducted one 2-day training on public speaking skills and multi-stakeholder dialogue for 37 WEDs and MHRDs (F:31, M:6 at Pichreada Hotel, Sen Monorom, Mondulkiri province. These training sessions aimed to (1) increase understanding of the WEDs and MHRDs on public speaking, and multi-stakeholder dialogue, (2) build the self-confidence of WEDs and MRHDs in terms of showing and contributing to the land, forest, fishery cases, and mining impact issues in the public event and (3) increase WEDs participation in law and policies improvement and development.
